  • What time is the check-in and check-out?

    Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ Check-out: ~ 10 a.m.

  • Is early check-in available?

    Yes, it is available. (Villa: 2,500 yen per person per hour / Glamping: 2,000 yen per person per hour)

  • What is the latest possible check-in time?

    Our local staff are on-site until 9 p.m., so please complete your check-in by 8:30 p.m.

  • Is late check-out available?

    For glamping guests, late check-out is available until 12 p.m. for 2,000 yen per person per hour. For villa guests, this is currently not available; please check out by 11 a.m.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash and various credit cards.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    27 days before: 20% / 14 days before: 50% / 7 days before to the day of: 100%

  • Are the prices for campaign plans already discounted?

    Yes, the prices displayed on the reservation site are already inclusive of the discount.

  • Can one adult stay alone?

    Yes, it is possible.

  • What is the minimum number for group bookings?

    We accept groups of 20 to 50 people. We recommend a private buyout plan depending on the number of guests. Please consult us via email or phone.

  • Can I order just a cake with a regular plan?

    Yes, you can. Please place your order via phone or email.

  • About Amenities and Equipment

  • What amenities do you have?

    Pajamas (for adults), towel set (bath towel・face towel), shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush and face wash.
    *Please note that we do not have pajamas for children.
    *We prepare razors, hair brushes, cotton swabs, cottons and makeup removers at the administration building. Please let us know if you need anything when checking in.

  • What equipment do you have?

    Guest room open-air bath, BBQ gas grill (5,000 yen), microwave (shared at the administration building), refrigerator, electric hot water dispenser, hair dryer, frying pan, dishes, tongs, and heat-resistant gloves.

  • Do you have cutlery? Can I rent a pot?

    Cutlery and tableware are provided in the room. Pots are also available for rent free of charge.

  • Do you have baby items?

    We provide baby chairs and cutlery for small children.

  • Is there a restroom in the bedroom?

    There is no restroom inside the bedroom itself, but one is located in the adjacent building. (The accommodation consists of a dome and a building as a set.)

  • Is there a shower space in the open-air bath?

    Yes. All rooms are equipped with an individual shower room.

  • Is there a parking lot?

    Yes. We have a free parking lot which is about a one-minute walk (100 m) from our facility.
    There is no problem for parking several cars.
    It is also possible to come to our facility and unload baggage in your room before parking your car.

  • Can I do a bonfire?

    Yes. You can do a bonfire in any rooms you choose. Please use an equipped fire pit.
    *Please note that bonfires are until 9 p.m.
    *Firewood is free of charge and can be enjoyed for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • What Nintendo Switch games do you have?

    Switch 1: Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Momotaro Dentetsu, Super Mario Party Jamboree, Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics.
    Switch 2: Mario Kart, Momotaro Dentetsu 2, Super Mario Party Jamboree.

  • Can I do BBQ or a bonfire on rainy days?

    Unfortunately, bonfires are not possible in the rain. BBQ can be done indoors. For Villa guests, BBQ is possible in the covered outdoor space.

  • Do we BBQ outside in winter?

    It is possible, but since it is colder than central Tokyo, we recommend having your BBQ indoors.

  • About Meals

  • Is it possible to bring ingredients?

    Yes. You can bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy your original BBQ!
    *If you choose the Sudomari plan and want to have a BBQ, please choose a “BBQ grill” from Options.

  • Is it possible to accommodate food allergies?

    We will accommodate food allergies as much as possible. Please contact us by email.

  • Can you provide substitutes for allergy ingredients in meal plans?

    Yes, we can. Please consult us with the details via email or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Are seasonings provided?

    Salt, pepper, BBQ sauce, steak sauce, and soy sauce are available in the room. A paid spice set (500 yen) containing cooking oil, olive oil, Crazy Salt, and outdoor spices is also available. You are also welcome to bring your own.

  • Is it possible to bring a BBQ stove?

    Bringing any fire-causing devices is strictly prohibited. Please use the provided BBQ gas grill.

  • If I order a meal plan, do I need to rent a grill separately?

    If you select a BBQ dinner plan, the grill is provided free of charge.

  • Can I cook soup with the grill set?

    It is possible, but the grill is not ideal for simmering or boiling. We recommend renting a portable cassette stove (1,500 yen).

  • Do I need firewood or charcoal for the grill set?

    No, as it is a gas grill. Please refrain from putting firewood or charcoal into the grill.

  • Can multiple families stay and eat together in one room?

    Yes, it is possible. We can add tables or make adjustments according to the number of people.

  • Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?

    LAWSON Yamanakako Ishiwari: 2 mins by car
    Ogino Yamanakako: 13 mins by car
    7-Eleven Yamanakako Hirano: 5 mins by car

  • Staying with Dogs

  • How many dogs can you accommodate?

    Up to 5 dogs per room in the Dog Suite and Dog Garden, regardless of breed.
    *Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring 3 or more large dogs.

  • Can we stay if the dog cannot be vaccinated due to illness or age?

    Yes, you can stay, but please refrain from using common areas.

  • Can I stay while maintaining distance from other guests?

    Since each building is individual, you can spend your time without worrying about your surroundings. For those who prioritize a completely private space, we recommend our sister facility's private villas.

  • How many dog crates are available?

    There is one crate large enough for one medium-sized dog. We can provide additional simple crates upon request.

  • Can I order a cake for my dog's birthday?

    Yes, it is possible. Please contact us via phone or email for dog-friendly cakes.

  • Others

  • Are fireworks allowed?

    Only handheld fireworks are allowed. We will guide you to the designated area during check-in.
    *Skyrocket fireworks, fountain fireworks and other non-handheld fireworks are prohibited.
    *Please note that fireworks are permitted until 9 p.m.

  • Is it possible to bring and use bath bombs and bath salt?

    I am afraid it is not allowed because it can lead to the potential risk of clogging pipes or causing dirt.
    Our baths use hot spring water, so please enjoy the local hot spring water here.

  • Are reservations required for “food” activity experiences?

    You can enjoy without prior reservation.
    Pizza set, smoker, and vegetable marche are available in your room.
    You can also bring your own favorite ingredients.

  • Is there a fee for the “food” activity experience?

    Enjoy free of charge.

  • Do you take reservations for blueberry picking or smelt fishing?

    We are sorry, but our facility does not handle reservations for these activities.

  • When and how much does it snow?

    From early December to late March, there is a possibility of 10–30 cm of snow accumulation.

  • Do bears appear?

    There are a few sightings around Lake Yamanaka every year, but no reports of harm. There have been no sightings at our facility.

  • Are there any recommended sightseeing spots?

    Recommended spots include Yamanakako Myojinyama Panorama Dai, Hana-no-Miyako Park, Nagaike Shinsui Park, and Oshino Hakkai.
